Final Reports

Final reports are due at the end of your fellowship. Please submit a summary of your project (1 page), include information regarding your educational impact, and fill out the form to answer additional questions. Please contact Michael Harrison mharriso@mit.edu with any questions.

Fellowship Funding Amounts

Massachusetts Space Grant fellowship awards are based on the number of hours a student expects to work on their project during the award period. Students requesting fewer than the maximum number of hours will receive a prorated award amount.

Maximum Funding for Summer

• Graduate Students: $7,600
• Undergraduate Students: $6,400

These amounts are based on 40 hours per week for 10 weeks (400 total hours).

Maximum Funding for Spring and Fall

• Graduate Students: $2,700
• Undergraduate Students: $2,300

These amounts are based on 10 hours per week for 14 weeks (140 total hours).

Applicants should carefully estimate the number of hours they expect to work, as fellowship awards are calculated using the hours reported in the application.
